Individual Coaching

MY MISSION IN LIFE IS NOT MERELY TO SURVIVE, BUT TO THRIVE; AND TO DO SO WITH SOME PASSION, AND SOME COMPASSION, SOME HUMOR.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

(HIGH SCHOOL AGE & ADULTS)

Are you strong willed, resilient, open minded, & determined individual? You want to feel empoweredbe seen, heard, & affirmed. Do you want to have an outlet to express yourself with someone who gets you?

Through coaching, you will have the soundboard you always have been looking for. Together, let’s explore the person you have always been, and start having the confidence you always wished for.

Are you wanting to start defining your story instead of being in a broken narrative? Are you afraid to express your true feelings, thoughts, & beliefs without feeling guilty in your relationships?

Coaching can help you define your narrative when you start unlocking the obstacles holding you back and gain the confidence to express your needs without guilt.

THROUGH COACHING, YOU WILL LEARN TO RECOGNIZE THAT THE POWER OF CHOICE IS YOURS AND YOU WILL BEGIN TO TRUST IN YOUR OWN ABILITY TO CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP.

As a coach, I am here to be a guide and an ally in your journey!

WHY ONE HEART ONE WORLD?

“I was in the driver’s seat of my healing.”

Prior to working with you, I didn’t realize how much my anxiety, fear, and stress occupied my thoughts, and how this impacted my perception of myself and the way I thought others perceived me.

Through your coaching, you empowered me with your thought-provoking questions enabling me to think deeper about situations to problem-solve and generate solutions on my own. Our conversations have empowered me to realize that I have the potential to heal myself.

This is the first time I have ever worked with a coach. One thing I can say through this experience is your guidance and technique of using brainspotting has improved my quality of life in ways that I never thought possible in a relatively short period of time. I would encourage a friend or stranger who is struggling in any aspect of his/her life to work with you.
